The solution for thin nose tip is by removing the implanted silicone and reconstructer the nose tip internal structure using patient s own tissues to get the desired height of nose tip without using silicone on the nose tip area. In case that compression of the silicone results in the deformity to the internal structure, it will has to be repaired to turn to the normal form. This resurgery method need to be done by open Rhinoplasty technique.

The close Rhinoplasty technique by shortening the length of silicone, can fix the nasal tip skin thinning but will not get the desired nose shape and the deformity of the internal structure will not receive any repairing Which might repeatedly cause the deviation or depression of nose tip.
